The aim of this evaluation is to examine (through a qualitative research methodology)  the successes and challenges to the development and implementation of the Koori Community Capacity Building Initiative. The evaluation process also involves Social Compass working closely with the project officer to ensure that at each stage of the methodological process core skills in planning and conducting a process evaluation are transferred to the project officer.
