Social Compass has a long-term agreement and partnership with Transfield Services. As part of this agreement Social Compass provides strategic planning and development of a company specific community engagement strategy. This includes program development, training in stakeholder relations and partnership management, and evaluation of both individual program activities and the strategy as a whole. Fundamental to this partnership is embedding new approaches to community engagement throughout the business and building internal capacity to develop and manage such engagement. | |
