Partnership Training and Brokerage

Social Compass has extensive experience in the design and delivery of effective partnership programs aimed at generating community and partner organisation benefit and value.

We have brokered, delivered and evaluated over 50 partnerships between the business and community sectors and have delivered partnership training to business, government and community organisations.  

Our organisation invited Social Compass to develop a professional development session with staff when we needed to change our strategic focus from working as project officers to working as partnership brokers. Social Compass helped us explore what this really meant in terms of how we would approach existing and potential new partnerships. We covered some of the models of partnership brokerage and lifecycles in a very practical and tangible way. Social Compass was a pleasure to work wit.
