Oxfam International

The major focus of this evaluation was on Oxfam's contribution to impact with respect to labour rights in Asia. The evaluation involved qualitative analysis (across diverse stakeholders), case study write-ups and a major literature review (at the global, national and regional level) tracking policy and practice change in labour rights in five (5) Asian countries. A significant part of this evaluation was also to objectively examine and provide comment on approach, methodology and findings of Oxfam's internal evaluations for the Asia region.
